These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website, including its Bravo Zulu Supply store and careers pages.

5. Bravo Zulu Supply – Accounts, Orders, and Purchases

Bravo Zulu Supply is an online store accessible through the Website. The following additional terms apply if you create an account or place an order:

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account and keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account

  • You represent that you have the legal authority to make purchases on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent

  • Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice and may contain errors, which we reserve the right to correct, including after an order has been submitted

  • Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor integrated with the Website; we do not store full payment card details on our own systems

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or non-compliance with export control or government contracting restrictions

  • Any budget, project, or organizational information entered in connection with an order is used solely to process and fulfill that order

Purchases through Bravo Zulu Supply are also subject to the order confirmation, invoice, or purchase agreement issued at the time of sale, which will govern in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

6. Careers and Job Applications

If you apply for a position through our careers pages, including via “Submit Your Resume,” the following additional terms apply:

  • You represent that all information in your application, including your resume, cover letter, employment history, and any representations regarding eligibility for a government or client security clearance, is accurate and complete

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer of employment, or any ongoing communication from us

  • We may retain your application for consideration against future roles, as described in our Privacy Policy

  • Where a role requires a government security clearance, your application and any related information may be shared with the relevant government department or client for the purpose of processing that clearance, as described in our Privacy Policy
