  • Message content

b) Bravo Zulu Supply Account and Order Information

Bravo Zulu Supply is an online store accessible through the Website. If you create an account, log in, or place an order, we (through Wix's e-commerce infrastructure and its payment processing partners) collect:

  • Account credentials (email address and password)

  • Billing and shipping name and address

  • Payment card or payment method details, processed by our third-party payment processor — we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems

  • Employment history, education, certifications, and professional references

  • Contact details you provide as part of your application

  • Where relevant to a specific role, information regarding your eligibility for government or client security clearances (for example, Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance). This is sensitive personal information, and we collect only what is necessary to assess your eligibility for a given role

If a position is not currently open, we may retain your application on file for consideration against future roles as described in Section 6 (Data Retention). You may withdraw your application or request deletion of your application data at any time by contacting us.

d) Information Automatically Collected by Wix

Wix may automatically collect technical data, such as:

  • IP address

  • Device and browser type

  • Operating system

  • Language preferences

  • Approximate geolocation

  • Date/time of access and pages visited

This data is used for analytics, security, and performance optimization. For full details on Wix's data handling practices, please refer to the Wix Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your messages or inquiries

  • Create and administer your Bravo Zulu Supply account, process orders, and arrange billing, shipping, and payment

  • Evaluate job applications, assess candidate eligibility (including security clearance requirements where applicable), and communicate with applicants about current and future opportunities

  • Maintain, operate, and improve the Website

  • Analyze user behavior and website performance (via Wix analytics)

  • Comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and government contracting obligations

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising purposes without your consent.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Canada: As a company headquartered in Canada, we collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws. We collect personal information only for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, and, where required, with your consent.

European Economic Area: Because we maintain a regional office in Riga, Latvia and process personal information of individuals located in the EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to that processing. Our legal bases include:

  • Your explicit consent (for example, when submitting a contact form, creating an account, or applying for a role)

  • Performance of a contract (for example, processing an order or a job application)

  • Legitimate interests (for example, responding to inquiries or evaluating candidates)

  • Legal or regulatory compliance obligations, including government contracting and export control requirements

Other Jurisdictions: Where required by law in other jurisdictions in which we operate (including Ukraine), we process personal information on an equivalent legal basis.

4. Data Hosting and Processing by Wix

This Website, including its e-commerce and recruitment features, is hosted on Wix Studio. Collected data (including form submissions, account information, and order data) is stored on Wix's secure servers, which may be located in North America, Europe, or other jurisdictions. Payment information submitted through Bravo Zulu Supply is processed by Wix's integrated third-party payment processors, who maintain their own security and compliance standards (including PCI-DSS). Wix implements industry-standard security measures and states compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

  • Wix and its integrated service providers (including payment processors), for the purpose of operating the Website, Bravo Zulu Supply, and our careers pages

  • Government departments, agencies, or client organizations, where necessary to process a security clearance application or fulfill a government contracting requirement, and only with your knowledge in connection with a job application

  • Legal authorities, if required by applicable law or to protect our rights

  • Other service providers acting under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements

6. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions are generally retained for up to 12 months unless further communication or a business relationship is established.

  • Account and order information is retained for as long as your account is active, and thereafter as required to meet accounting, tax, warranty, and legal obligations.

  • Job application materials are retained for the duration of the relevant hiring process and, where a role is not currently open or you have agreed to be considered for future opportunities, for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless you request otherwise or a new application is submitted.

You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time, subject to Section 7.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you

  • Correct or update your personal information

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Withdraw consent where applicable

  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your local EEA supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 13.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Wix uses cookies and similar technologies to provide essential services and improve functionality, including session management, security, analytics, and preferences. A dedicated Cookie Policy, available via the link in our website footer, sets out the categories of cookies used on this Website and how to manage your preferences. In the event of any inconsistency between that Cookie Policy and this section, the Cookie Policy governs cookie-specific practices.

9. Data Security

Wix employs industry-standard physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect your personal information, including SSL encryption and access restrictions. Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of such sites, and encourage you to review their policies before sharing your data.

11. International Data Transfers

Given our operations in Canada, Latvia, and Ukraine, and Wix's use of servers in multiple jurisdictions, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including countries that may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect data transferred internationally.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Website is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have done so without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
