ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Bravo Zulu Group

Effective Date: July 14, 2026    |    Last Updated: July 14, 2026

Bravo Zulu Group, operating as Bravo Zulu Mission Support (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to ensuring that our website, https://www.bravozulugroup.com (the “Website”), including our Bravo Zulu Supply store and careers pages, is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to provide a Website that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all visitors, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech recognition software, or keyboard-only navigation. We view accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project, and we will continue to review and improve the Website over time.

2. Conformance Standard

Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.

3. Measures We Have Taken

The Website is built on Wix Studio, a platform that provides a number of built-in accessibility features, including semantic HTML structure, keyboard-navigable menus, and ARIA landmarks used throughout site templates. We rely in part on these platform-level features, and we supplement them by:

  • Structuring page content with headings and descriptive link text where possible

  • Reviewing new pages, service descriptions, news posts, and job listings for plain-language clarity

  • Providing key contact and location information in text form rather than solely within images

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, no website is completely free of accessibility barriers. Based on our most recent internal review, we are aware of the following limitations, which we are working to address:

  • Some images, including team member photographs on our About page, currently carry generic or filename-based alternative text (for example, a shared placeholder description) rather than a unique description of the image content

  • Our Cookie Policy is currently published as a downloadable Word document rather than as an accessible web page, which may create barriers for some screen reader or low-bandwidth users

  • The Bravo Zulu Supply login, account, and cart features are provided through third-party e-commerce and payment components; while these are built on Wix's platform, their full accessibility behavior is managed by Wix and its partners rather than directly by us

  • Some decorative icons and background graphics may not yet be consistently marked as decorative for assistive technologies

This statement reflects a manual review of site content and structure. It is not a substitute for a full technical audit using automated tools (such as axe or WAVE) and manual assistive-technology testing, which we intend to commission as part of our ongoing accessibility work.

5. Third-Party Content

Some content on the Website is provided by third parties, including Wix's e-commerce, payment, and hosting infrastructure, and embedded social media links (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok). We encourage these providers to meet applicable accessibility standards, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of features or content outside our direct control.

6. Ongoing Efforts

We will continue to monitor the Website for accessibility issues as we add or update content, and we will prioritize fixes for the limitations identified in Section 4. We periodically review this statement and will update it to reflect improvements made and any new issues identified.

7. Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Website. If you encounter a barrier, have difficulty using any part of the site, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us via:

Please include the web address (URL) of the page in question and a description of the issue you encountered. We will make reasonable efforts to respond and address accessibility feedback in a timely manner.
