In Latvia, the operational tempo is high, the security environment complex, and the demands on Canada’s allies and partners are only growing. Operation REASSURANCE has been extended for three more years, with over 2,000 Canadian Armed Forces members on the ground today and that number expected to rise to 2,600 by 2026.
