Bravo Zulu specializes in mission-critical support services in demanding environments. We are currently seeking an experienced Weapon Technician Trainer to join our dynamic team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Bravo Zulu is looking for a highly skilled Weapon Technician Trainer, ideally with experience at the Senior NCO level (Master Corporal to Master Warrant Officer or equivalent). The candidate will provide expert training and technical support for our product training initiatives. The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive preparatory training at our facilities in Canada prior to deployment.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Military service background preferred (RCEME, or Combat Arms senior NCO experience: Master Corporal to Master Warrant Officer or equivalent).
Extensive hands-on experience in the maintenance, repair, training, and use of hand-held weapons.
Fluency in English required; Ukrainian fluency considered an asset.
Familiarity with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) is an asset.
Previous deployment experience highly desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver expert-level maintenance and repair training on weapon systems (rifles, submachine-gun, handguns, grenade projectors, light weapons and turret systems).
Conduct effective training sessions tailored to diverse groups, ensuring operational readiness.
Maintain compliance with ITAR and other relevant regulations.
Provide advice and perform maintenance and repair, as required.
Work collaboratively within an international and multicultural team environment.
